Familiarity with safe and sanitary food handling and preparation. Certified in proper food handling, typically through a ServSafe Certification. We are not hiring servers, as our cafe ordering model is ‘point of sale’ : our FOH role includes customer interaction, food expo, order input, organization + cleanliness. Must have a strong personality + spunk with the ability to easily engage our team, community + customers. Individuality + uniqueness is a must.

This position is with Park Service Coffee, a family owned + operated pop-up inside of Woodhouse Vegan.

Responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Must know how to operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders; able to troubleshoot what to do if a machine stops working. It is absolutely necessary that you are a master-multitasker who can take orders, prepare drinks, package bakery items and operate the cash register all while proving personable customer interaction. It’s imperative that you know how to keep your work area clean and organized, and ensure that all equipment, utensils, and dishes are clean and sanitized to health + safety guidelines.

Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
